Hi! I’m Jess

If I had to guess, you’re here because you’re beyond ready to trade the busy, chaotic entrepreneurial experience for one of profit-driven results, clear objectives and the confidence to scale your business. 

I’ve been where you stand and I’ve experienced the pressure, responsibility and workload that comes with ownership. My background is rich in experience as my past seven years as an entrepreneur have covered the gamut of small business ownership. I opened two service-based businesses within one year, employed and managed over 50 people, sold one location, weathered 2020 (no big deal, just a budding global crisis) and then sold the other location while in the throes of a full-on pandemic!

During that time, I learned, unlearned, refined and evolved my processes to shift away from the tasky checklists in favor of big-picture strategy execution.  Of course some aspects of small business ownership will always exist, but with my guidance, I’ll teach you where and how to streamline the workflow and processes so you have the time and energy to stay in your genius while still producing your big goals and desirable results. 

Together, we will audit your time, dive deep into goals and analyze your business’s unique challenges to implement systems and processes to increase operational efficiency and consistency, giving you back time to focus on what drives your business forward. Isn’t having mind space to focus on your original mission the reason you got into business in the first place? Results flow when your actions are grounded in your mission and vision. 

Let’s pave the way out of the constant cycle of working IN your business and set you back on the path to producing real, tangible growth and results. We went into business for ourselves because we value impact, flexibility and providing for ourselves/families. We didn’t take this leap to buy ourselves a really expensive, responsibility-laden, sometimes miserable, endless-hours job. My goal is to empower you with the tools and strategy that I wish I’d had when I started my business in 2014. Let’s get to work!
